"The 2024 Graacher Riesling trocken offers a restrained, rather muted bouquet of light fruits and delicate notes of Mosel slate. Elegant and juicy, with a fine, crystalline structure, this is a medium-bodied, balanced and pleasantly textured Riesling from the top vineyards of Graach, Domprobst and Himmelreich. This is a very good estate Riesling that was aged in traditional fuders and bottled in late April or early May 2025. 11.5% stated alcohol. AP 6 25. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in January 2026."

It is absolutely fragrant and shimmering with blossom, apple, apricot and lemon aromas, all wrapped in a supple, smooth, exquisitely fresh creaminess. The body is supremely light and very fine. All about it is tender but with exquisite intensity of flavor and buffered freshness. (Dry)"
