"Very pure and impressively concentrated for a light-bodied Kabinett, this has fantastic elegance and a wealth of summer tree fruit and berries. Subtle spiciness makes the super-long and silky finish endlessly fascinating. Drink or hold."

"The 2024 Riesling Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett still trembles with a little reduction, underneath, a tender apricot aroma fills out into white and yellow peach. That stone-fruited tenderness and intensity is absolutely present on the palate where horizons of peachiness and citrus unfold. At the core, however, is the purest, salty zestiness. The 2024 is a gorgeous, light-footed, intense Riesling with buffered acidity. (Off-dry)"

"The 2024 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is clear, super precise and rather coolish on the elegant and subtle nose that shows ripe peach and just-ripe mango aromas intertwined with notes of herbs and broken and weathered blue and gray slate. Light but fully flavored and textured, this is a crystalline, remarkably refined and charmingly mouth-filling Kabinett from the dramatic steep slope framing the village of Graach and the embedded Domprobst. The finish is clear, fresh, filigreed and lively with minerality due to the fine, slate-inflected phenol grip and its crystalline nature. The 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in January 2026 (AP 2 25)."

"The 2023 Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett opens with substantial depth and a brilliant bouquet of wet slate. The fruit is intense but not dominating, thanks to the flintiness and savoriness of the Himmelreich terroir. On the palate, this is a mouth-filling, dense and complex Kabinett with ripe, elegant and juicy fruit intertwined with very fine phenols and an ethereal slate thread that gives this Kabinett an enormous length and animation. This will be a superb gastronomic wine after a decade of bottle age, although the 2023 already drinks beautifully today. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024 from AP 2 24."

"The 2023 Riesling Graacher Himmelreich Kabinett teases with a touch of scented white summer blossom and a stony crackle of wet slate bathed in ripe, juicy clementine. The palate is smooth and full, shining with pure, rounded, sweet clementine juiciness while standing on light, slender feet. A caress, a cloud of scent, a lovely and tender evocation of purest fruit. Such length, purity and exquisite balance are disarming. (Sweet)"

"The combination of concentrated yet delicate stone and citrus fruit aromas (think pomelo) with mouthwatering acidity makes this a brilliant riesling Kabinett. As it aerates, this light-bodied, off-dry riesling develops a wealth of herbal nuances that range from dill to sage. Super-clean finish. Drink or hold."

"Intense limy citrus with a pretty floral edge and the merest hint of stony-smokiness. Gloriously intense and pure, essence of lemon and perfectly balanced. Mouth-watering purity. GV (JH)"

"Wonderful nose of spring meadows and ferns with delicate stone fruit aromas filling out the complex and very detailed picture. Astonishing silky elegance and a freshness that defies easy description, but makes us swoon. And in spite of the incredible depth this is so transparent and refined right through the very long finish. Drink or hold."
