"Classic Mosel, this is intensely aromatic and bursting with herb, peach, lime and slate notes, while remaining balanced and graceful, thanks to focused structure and lively acidity. Almost creamy in texture, yet weightless, this is beautifully put together and long on the finish. Skurnik Wines, Inc. —A.Z."

"A very classic Mosel Auslese with the combination of richness and freshness that we expect from these wines. Great ripe white peach and sliced pear fruit that envelopes the ample structure on the medium-bodied palate. Then comes the super-clean and very long finish that feels almost dry, thanks to the tingling minerality. Drink or hold."

"The 2023 Riesling Graacher Domprobst Auslese opens with a subtle note of tangerine peel that evolves into full-blown candied tangerine peel with more air and temperature. This aromatic, candied tangerine fills the palate with sumptuous aromas and even an overtone of blood orange. A bold yet supremely balanced Auslese, it's not too sweet and richly scented."

"Selbach's 2022 Graacher Domprobst Riesling Auslese opens with a coolish and flinty nose with very fine mineral expression and remarkably precise and delicate fruit. Round and generous on the palate, with very fine and saline acidity, this is a creamy-textured, sweet but well-balanced Auslese with a long, aromatic and mineral Domprobst finish. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2023."
