• Barrel-aged, sherry cask-finished soju crafted by Tokki Soju in Rohnert Park, California
• Produced from glutinous rice locally sourced from Sacramento Valley
• Seven- to ten-day parallel fermentation using nuruk, a starter made from milled barley inoculated with yeast
• Distilled twice in a copper hybrid still
• Aged in new charred American oak barrels and finished in ex–Pedro Ximénez sherry casks; non-age statement
• A vinous nose with notes of strawberry cream, cinnamon candy, and vanilla precedes a vibrant, juicy palate of caramel, Twizzlers, and prunes with clove, arugula, and grape jam on the finish
• No sugar, coloring, or other additives
• Non-chill filtered; 46% ABV

Inspired by sherry cask-matured Speyside Scotch whisky, Tokki Soju’s newest addition to their core range offers a twist on their barrel-aged Gold Label expression. Finished in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks—a first for the soju category—Tokki Soju Garnet Label marries the warm confection of American oak with rich sherry influence, bridging the gap between soju and Scotch.
