• 90% Furmint & 10% Hárslevelű
• South/South-East facing vineyard at 300 meters above sea level
• Clay mixed with broken rocks and volcanic bedrock
• Hand harvested in the 1st week in November, with a minimum of 50% botrytized grapes
• Crushed and macerated for 12 hours
• Pressed to steel tanks with cooler temperatures
• Aged for 12 months in Hungarian oak sourced from the Zemplén forest, 20% new
• TA: 7.5 grams; 115 grams RS
