"Coming from the Côte de Bars, the NV Champagne Extra Brut is a blend of 85% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and the rest Meunier. This release was crafted around the 2022 vintage with 15% reserve wine. In the glass, it pours a hazy straw color with some depth, and it exhibits more mineral intensity and depth on the nose, featuring crushed tones, savory orange peel, coriander, licorice, and toasted almonds. Medium-bodied, it™s powerful in structure on the palate, with driving persistence and mouthwatering length. As it opens in the glass, it™s more appealing and comes into focus, further revealing lingering notes of poached golden apples. Drink 2025-2040. Disgorged in May 2024 with 2 grams per liter dosage."

"Based on the powerful, sunny 2022 vintage, this entry-level cuvée (65% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 5% Meunier) from the star grower of the eastern part of the Côte des Bar is a complete Champagne packed with ripe apricot and pear fruit, roasted nuts and sweet raspberry Pinot fragrance. It's straightforward in youthful presence on the palate, but the 15% reserves add a touch of savour and depth, too."
