Deceptively easy to drink despite its robust proof, Convocation is a blend of two fourteen-year-old rums—one fully matured in ex–bourbon barrels and the other in ex–Madeira casks—brimming with cocoa, tobacco, and caramel and punctuated by bursts of citrus and fresh berries.
