The Haag family first acquired vines in the iconic Graacher Domprobst in 2018 and made this Réserve release for the first time with the 2019 vintage. "#58 Top 100 Wines of Germany 2025: This great dry Mosel wine is just coming into its peak maturity, with a mind-blowing combination of great concentration and vitality. Its balsamic side deftly accentuates the deep stone fruit and candied orange character. Enormous minerality in the huge finish. The first vintage of this wine. Fermented and matured in 1,000-liter Fuder casks. From organically grown grapes with Fair'n Green certification. Drink or hold."

"The 2019 Riesling Graacher Domprobst Grosses Gewächs Réserve is a late release. The wines were made in 2018 from their first vintage after buying the site. The 2019 is the first late release of the series. It stayed in Fuder for 18 months, a departure of sorts for the Haags, as they usually vinify in stainless steel. Gorgeous ethereal lift drives chamomile tincture into the sinuses, imbued with ripe stone fruit. The palate holds the juiciest, ripest Mirabelle fruit edged with citrus oil and dried fruit. How wonderful to have these evolved Riesling aromatics on a dry body. The 2019 has drive and intensity. It is totally pervasive and will quietly continue to evolve. This Riesling has 5 g/L of residual sugar. Dry"
