• Destilado de Agave produced in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca
• Maestro Mezcalero: Juan Vásquez 
• Distilled in 2021
• Produced from Tepextate (A. marmorata) and Jabalí  (A. convallis)  
• Cooked in a conical underground oven using mesquite 
• Milled using traditional stone tahona mill 
• Fermented in open air pine vats (tinas) 
• Distilled twice using traditional copper pot stills
• A wildly unique ensamble of two beloved agaves. Rather than many of the aromatics and flavors we’d typically expect from either component, this batch is, as Spirits Content & Education Manager Amanda Elder put it, “a miasma of deliciousness.” Vanilla caffe au lait, honeycomb, wet clay, milk chocolate, hazelnut, fresh bricks, a touch of gym socks, pink peppercorn…like an electric coffee shop.
