• Coked in a conical earthen pit oven
• Crushed using a traditional stone tahona mill
• Fermented in open air cypress vats (tinas)
• Distilled twice using a traditional copper pot still
• Super Tropicalia! Pink Starburst, strawberry seeds, banana leaf, pineapple skin, papaya, custard apple, freesia blossom, mineral notes of flint, slate, and pocket lint…and a subtle whiff of black eyed peas or aquafaba on the nose
• Distilled in in April 2023; 80 liters produced
• 46.6% ABV (ABV may vary batch to batch)
