• Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes grown in Grande Champagne
• Double distilled in Tessendier’s Charentais copper pot stills
• Aged a minimum 10 years; 1 year in medium char, new European oak then transferred to used casks
• Dried apricot, toffee, cocoa, and orange oil on the nose transition to a full-bodied palate of red apple skin, ginger, and plum with a whisp of eucalyptus before finishing with white pepper and faint vanilla
• 40% ABV
