• VSOP Cognac produced by Distillerie de Chevanceaux in Saint-Palais-de-Négrignac, France
• Appellation Cognac Fine Champagne Contrôlée
• Eaux-de-vie from both Grande and Petite Champagne are distilled and aged separately
• Double distilled in alembic stills
• Aged 4–6 years in light-to-medium toasted new (25%) and used French oak casks
• Aromas of crystalized fruit, including apricot, orange peel continue to the generous palate, complemented with vanilla and pastry notes with a touch of smoky spice, minerality, and light rancio
• 40% ABV

Eaux-de-vie from Champagnes two finest crus were aged in both new and used French oak and then expertly blended to create this expressive VSOP Cognac.
