"Disgorged in July 2019 with just two grams per liter dosage, the just-released 2014 Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs Terre d'Illite is showing beautifully, mingling aromas of yellow orchard fruit and clear honey with hints of beeswax, cherries and mirabelle plums. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's textural and elegantly muscular, built around ripe but racy acids and complemented by a pinpoint mousse."

"The 2013 Brut Terre d'Illite is another highlight in this range. Floral and lifted, yet deceptive in its understated intensity, the 2013 has a lot going on. The blend of 95% Meunier and 5% Pinot Noir works very well here. Floral overtones add brightness to a core of lemon confit, mint, almond and spice notes, but it is the wine's textural silkiness and balance that stand out most. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.
