  • Transferred by gravity to a mix of concrete tanks and French oak tanks
  • The Carménerè component is fermented in oak tanks
  • The Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah components are fermented in concrete
  • Fermented with indigenous yeast
  • The Carménerè is aged for 12 months in new 4,000L untoasted Austrian Stockinger foudre
  • The Cabernet is aged in an 800L concrete egg
  • The two components are blended for 6 months, and then Syrah is added
  • The Syrah was aged in clay amphora
  • Bottled unfined and unfiltered
  • 4,016 bottles produced
