"The NV Brut Nature (2021 base) is a fine introduction to this range. In fact, it is one of the more complete wines in the lineup. Crushed rocks, mint, lime, white pepper, slate, lemon oil and sage are beautifully delineated throughout. Attractive savory and mineral notes perk up the nervy finish. Drink this tasty NV Champagne over the next few years. No dosage. Disgorged: June, 2023."
