• Blend of two mash bills: a three-grain mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye, and 20% malted barley and a four-grain mash bill of 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, and 9% wheat
• Produced using estate-grown non-GMO corn, rye, and wheat; malted barley is locally sourced
• Closed-top, sweet mash fermented in stainless steel for seven days
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Primarily aged in new American oak and finished for 6 months in new Amburana barrels from Brazil; aged a minimum 5 years in total
• A provocative nose displays toasted cinnamon, rose petals, orange peel, and clove; these notes are amplified on the palate and complemented with a throughline of cedar, finishing with spicy, candied cinnamon
