• Blend of two mash bills: a three-grain mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye, and 20% malted barley and a four-grain mash bill of 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, and 9% wheat
• Produced using estate-grown non-GMO corn, rye, and wheat; malted barley is locally sourced
• Closed-top, sweet mash fermented in stainless steel for seven days
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Aged for a minimum of 5 years in charred new American oak barrels from ISC, Canton, Kelvin, and ZAK cooperages; finished for 3–8 months in a blend of medium toast, heavy toast, and char #3 new Amburana barrels from Brazil
• Cinnamon, ginger, lemon zest, and a whiff of cedar lead to a rich sweet-cream-and-caramel palate. The finish is long and dry, with echoes of baking spice, tobacco, burnt sugar, and a more-ish sensation of proof.
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 53% ABV

In this case, prized Brazilian Amburana barrels—given three distinct toasts and chars—are employed to lend spice and sumptuous fragrance to a dual mash bill blend that has already received at least five years of maturation in the intense southern Indiana climate. The result is a whiskey built for slowing down, with a fine cigar in hand recommended, but not required.
