• Selected and bottled exclusively for Skurnik and Brooklyn, New York
• Barrel number 19-0098; barrel filled 3/20/19 and bottled 10/17/23
• Mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye, and 20% malted barley
• Corn and rye are estate-grown and non-GMO; malted barley is locally sourced
• 7-day closed-top sweet mash fermentation in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Aged a minimum 4 years in a char level 1 barrel with toasted heads
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 57.65% ABV
