• Single cask straight bourbon whiskey produced by Starlight Distillery in Starlight, Indiana
• Selected and bottled exclusively for Skurnik and the Hudson Valley/Westchester region
• Barrel number 19-0071; barrel filled 3/7/19 and bottled 10/17/23
• Mash bill of 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, and 9% wheat
• Corn, rye, and wheat are estate-grown and non-GMO; malted barley is locally sourced
• 7-day closed-top sweet mash fermentation in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Aged a minimum 4 years in a char level 3 barrel with toasted heads
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58.65% ABV
