"The 2025 Blanco, a blend of Semillon, Pedro Gimenez and Chenin Blanc from the Uco Valley, opens with herbs, lime and white peach, showing a lively aromatic profile. Cheerful in style, the palate is driven by acidity, with a lightly creamy texture and agile flow."

"The 2025 Blanco is a blend of 58% Semillon, 28% Pedro Gimenez and 14% Chenin Blanc, each variety harvested and vinified separately, despite their co-planted nature in an 85-year-old pergola. It wafts from the glass with a detailed and expressive nose of stone fruits, honey and jasmine, followed by a dense, lush mouthfeel and a cleansing, open-knit finish."

"Sourced from 80-year-old pergola-trained vines, the 2024 Blanco is composed of 52% Semillon, 28% Chenin Blanc and 20% Pedro Gimenez, all of which are co-planted but harvested and vinified separately. It showcases an enticing, orchard-fruit nose with elevated floral highlights. The palate is soft yet lively, finishing on a round note enhanced by tangy acidity."

"The 2022 Blanco is an unoaked blend of 52% Sšmillon, 28% Chenin Blanc and 20% Pedro Gimšnez from old parral vineyards in San Carlos on deep soils that provide freshness. It has only 11.5% alcohol and very good freshness and acidity. It's mostly from 80-year-old vines in the Valle de Uco that were harvested early, and the wine matured in concrete for six months. It's a little austere, not aromatic; the Pedro Gimšnez was harvested very early to avoid its terpenic side. They are still looking for what the old timers did with the traditional varieties; they are looking for sapidity. It's clean and sharp, balanced, with the varieties integrated and with a tasty finish. This is ethereal, dry and chalky."
