• Huge waves of citrusy tangerine and grapefruit oil precede a vibrant, juicy palate bursting with candied orange peel, pear blossom, elderflower, balsa wood, and Orangina with a dry, bittersweet finish
• 18% ABV

Crafted from unoaked chardonnay grown with minimal intervention in the Russian River Valley, Rue de Rêve Blanc is bursting with citrus oil and well-integrated elderflower. Its robust juiciness and florality are perfectly paired with sparkling wine while the combination of citrus peel and California mugwort gives this expression a well-structured bitterness that shines in cocktails like a White Negroni or Corpse Reviver #2.
