Historically, blackberries were an important agricultural crop in Starlight, Indiana, and on the Huber property—in fact this delectable whiskey was inspired by a happy accident, years ago, which saw Huber blackberry wine blended into a 4-year bourbon. To produce this stellar whiskey, freshly pressed blackberry juice is frozen and concentrated before being mixed with an amalgam of Starlight whiskeys. Simultaneously dry and juicy with a spicy, confectionary backbone, Starlight Blackberry Whiskey works beautifully in any application—from simple highballs with soda water or tonic to the base of a Mint Julep!
