"Fermented and matured in concrete with 30% stem inclusion, the 2023 Livver Bequignol is a lovely example of this crossing between Cabernet Franc and Savagnin. It leads with a radiant, energetic nose of dried spices, fresh herbs, dried red fruits and a touch of earth-driven rusticity. The palate is juicy, fine-boned and vibrant, concluding with a delicate, savory finish that lingers with additional earthy nuances."
