"The 2024 Assyrtiko is crisp, bracing and bristling with energy. Green apple, pear, mint, white pepper and dried flowers are all delineated in the glass. The 2024 was fermented in tank with full malolactic fermentation, then aged in cask. I especially admire its cut and overall tension."
