"This Sketch shows jasmine, lemon zest and a touch of oyster shells. Something marine as well. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with a complex thread of salinity, mouthwatering acidity and subtle texture. This comes from a parcel planted 50 meters from the sea. Really great. Drink now or hold."
