• Overproof aged dark Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Blend of column and pot still rums distilled from 100% molasses in DDL’s heritage French Savalle still, Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP), and Port Mourant still (PM)
• Aged for 1–2 years in ex-bourbon casks
• Aromas of dried apples, apricots, and dates with smoky leather and a hint of butterscotch introduce a palate of dark baking spice, cocoa, and vanilla
• 75.5% ABV
