The Jouffreau family have been settled in Prayssac since 1290, first as farmers and merchants and, since 1450, as winemakers of Clos de Gamot. They continue to produce wine there today from centuries-old vines which produce a few clusters of pure Malbec every year.

Domaine Duffour resides in the small town of Lagraulet-du-Gers, and since the early 1980's proprietor Michel Duffour has dedicated himself to producing delicious, high-quality, mineral-driven wines made from Colombard, Gros Manseng, and Ugni Blanc.
Famille des Causses began when limestone-maniacs Pedro Parra and Antonio Morescalchi of Altos Las Hormigas came to the region and found an abundance of under-appreciated beautiful limestone slopes. They invested in and partnered with a few growers working these hills to create this project.
The Dubard family expertly crafts fine terroir-driven wines from the rolling hills of clay and limestone found in the Southwest of France. HEV certified sustainable farming is employed, and the wines show an extraordinary elegance and balance.
