Liquori dell'Etna is a range of liqueurs produced from the seasonal fruits that grow at the foot of Sicily’s volcanic Mount Etna, reflecting the rich terroir of the countryside and the exceptional agriculture it produces.

At 500 meters, on the eastern slopes of Mt. Etna, Murgo’s 30 ha. are located on 3 farms: San Michele in Santa Venerina, Gelso Bianco near Catania, and La Francescana in Aprilia. Murgo crafts pure expressions of Etna’s native varieties at a fraction of the cost of neighboring estates.

After a decade of experience making wine at Tenuta di Trinoro, in 2000 Andrea Franchetti dedicated himself to a new project on the northern slopes of Mount Etna near the town of Passopisciaro in the district of Castiglione di Sicilia.
