Not far from the village of Villarobledo in the La Mancha region sits Pago de la Jaraba. Founded in the 21st century, they boast a holistic approach to the land producing wine (mainly Tempranillo), cultivating olive trees and running both an oil mill and cattle farm with its own cheese dairy.

Tinedo is a family estate in the heart of La Mancha that has been dedicated to traditional winemaking for generations. The estate is certified organic; and encourages sustainability as a model of agricultural, rural, and social development related to the culture of wine.
