Golden Fang

• 1 ½ oz Azteca Azul Tequila Plata
• ½ oz Agave de Cortes Mezcal Joven
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz fresh pineapple juice
• ½ oz Giffard Fruit de la Passion
• ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
• ¼ oz Rhum JM sirop
• 1 tsp Giffard Crème de Mure
• 1 dash angostura bitters
• 2 dashes absinthe

Build in shaker tin, whip shake, pour over ice in a highball, Collins, or your favorite tiki mug, and top with seltzer water. Garnish with pineapple leaves and a lime wheel.
