• 2.25 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin
• .75 oz Contratto Aperitif
• 1 cucumber slice
• 1 pinch salt (optional)

Muddle cucumber slice in a mixing glass; add ice & stir; strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
