Cannonball

Yoav Gilat, founder, traded in his Law career for an opportunity to consult for some of today’s best-known wineries, which instilled in him a deep passion for wine.  The combination of his wine passion and business acumen provided him the vision for Cannonball – delicious Cabernet Sauvignon under $20.  He succeeded remarkably, and following the success of the Cabernet, the line was expanded with Chardonnay, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc, all of which deliver on the same high-quality expectations. 

In 2018 Cannonball welcomed winemaker Ondine Chattan, a California native from Marin County, who spent more than two-decades making wine across the state.  In 2019 she was named head winemaker and oversees the winemaking of several different varietals across all wines.
