The family-run Bodegas Viña Elena was established in 1948, high in the hills of Jumilla. It’s here, in this hot and arid climate, that the Monastrell grape thrives. Chalk soils help retain moisture, while the elevation gives the grapes a respite from the heat. These conditions also allow for organic viticulture at a tremendous value!
