Semillon 'Magdalena'

• 90% Old Vine Semillon & 10% Sauvignon Blanc
• The Semillon is comprised of old vines from Franschhoek
• The Sauvignon Blanc is comprised of old vines from Botrivier
• Both Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were fermented with natural yeasts and matured in 400L and 500L old French oak barrels
• Both wines spent about a year on the lees before being blended and bottled
• 1,500 bottles produced
