Botticelli’s Daughter

• .75 oz Helix Vodka
• .75 oz Contratto Aperitif
• .75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1-2 dashes absinthe

Combine ingredients in mixing tin ; add ice & shake, then strain into flute ; top with sparkling wine ; garnish with long grapefruit twist.
