- .75 oz Dudognon 'Reserve' 10yr Cognac
- .75 oz Giffard Banane du Bresil
- .75 oz Barbancourt 4yr
- .25 oz Rhum Clement
- .25 oz demerara syrup
- .25 oz fresh lime juice
Squeeze lime wedge into a shaker tin and drop it in; shake with a crushed ice and transfer into an old fashioned or rocks glass; top with crushed ice. Garnish with banana chips.
