We’re excited to announce a partnership with Bodegas Fulcro in NY, NJ, CT, RI, and PA 🚚 Manuel “Chicho” Moldes crafts electric Albariño and small quantities of Atlantic red in Rías Baixas’ Salnés Valley with a focus on purity, precision, and site expression. Guided by a palate honed on white Burgundy, Champagne, and Riesling, Chicho avoids malolactic fermentation and uses neutral oak to let the vineyard shine. He is the definitive voice of Sanxenxo, a lesser-known zone with diverse soils and exposures that set his wines apart from those of the more familiar Cambados and Ribadumia zones further north. “The wines are superb, with great purity and precision… both whites and reds are spectacular.” – Luis Gutiérrez, The Wine Advocate
