• Chiles Mill Vineyard planted in 1972 at 900-1,200 ft. elevation

• Catacula Vineyard planted between 1993-1999 at 1,200-1,400 ft. elevation

• Tip Top Vineyard planted in 1999 at 1,700-2,000 ft elevation

• Red Chert veined with Green Serpentine soils with Sobrante loam

• 100% destemmed onto a shaker table and hand-sorted

• 3-day cold soak followed by approximately 10-day fermentation

• Aged 14 months in 70% American oak, 30% French oak (combined 20% new oak)

• 125 cases produced

•  14.9% abv
