King Floyd’s Wild Plum Bitters are made from wild plums, or cherry plums, foraged by hand in Woodacre, California—a small, unincorporated town in West Marin County. Commonly found throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, these small trees offer a bounty of sweet-tart drupes that locals use for jams, sauces, wines, or in this case, cocktail bitters. Tart and fruity with notes of fresh and slightly oxidized plum, use these lifting bitters to provide and complement notes of stone fruit in cocktails.
