"The 2024 Fleurfontein is a blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% vine-dried Roussanne. This straw wine matured for 18 months in seasoned 500-litre barrels. It has a perfumed, well-defined bouquet with wild peach, tangerine and nectarine scents that blossom in the glass. The palate has the exquisite balance that it nearly always shows, with nectarine and mango, bright and refreshing towards the finish. Utterly delicious."
