• Single malt Welsh whisky distilled at the independently owned Penderyn Distillery in the foothills of Breacon Beacons, South Wales
• Distilled from 100% unpeated, malted barley on Penderyn’s signature Faraday still that combines a copper pot with a copper column for a single distillation run
• Aged in ex-bourbon and rejuvenated oak casks; non-age statement
• Aromas of yellow apple, Meyer lemon, clover honey, and white pepper transition to a flash of candied-pear sweetness on the palate tempered by apple skin tannin and accompanied by mace and fruit-syrup-soaked vanilla cake. Nougat and honey round the lively finish with a whisper of green apple Jolly Rancher making a late appearance.
