"The 2025 Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr Spatlese was picked at the end of the first harvest week. Something incredibly fresh and dewy, like tender lemon balm, hovers above white peaches. The palate tapers into exquisite, elongated slenderness and travels forward in a straight stream of aroma that expresses all the poise, all the nobility, all the finesse of that blue slate site. This is fine and linear, stony, yes, but tenderly, eternally so. This is purest elegance. (Medium)"
