• Single malt whiskey produced by Three Societies in Namyangju, South Korea
• Third and final release of the Ki One Society Collection
• Minimum 100-hour fermentation in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills
• Non-age statement; aged 2 years and 2 months in new American oak barrels
• Sweet oak and summer fruit on the nose transition to a spicy palate of vanilla, peach, and banana with rich toffee and pine on the finish
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 56.6% ABV

Three Societies’ Ki One [key•waan] Society Collection is an extremely limited set of three whiskies from a run of spirits distilled on July 7, 2020. Named for the symbolic guardian animals of the Three Societies Distillery, these three releases illustrate how Korea’s unique climate affects maturation while providing a taste of what the future holds for Korean single malt. The Eagle represents the Korean American heritage of Three Societies founder Brian Do, as well as the birthplace of the oak used to mature Ki One whiskies.
