First registered in 1943, Atamán is a small batch vermut built on the shoulders of Manzanilla sherry • Classic Andalusian botanicals like orange peel from Seville, wormwood, rosemary and elderberry dominate the botanical roster • Uniquely, the vermut is also blended with a small portion of older vermouth and quinine wines which have been aging in the cellars since the 1970’s • While Atamán is perfectly utilized in cocktails, it also stands out on its own over ice with an orange twist – truly one of the world’s most unique vermouths!
