"Tasted blind. Water pear, white peach and grapefruit lead the aromas, accompanied by bright freshness and a joyful, vibrant character. Attractive notes of green tea and jasmine emerge. On the palate, remarkable freshness, sapidity, salinity and depth, with layers of wet stone and fennel on the back palate.
