• Grown across the creek from GWCo’s Truqui cariñena vineyard
• Sandy granitic soils with cracked decomposed granite bedrock
• Hand harvested
• Fermented with indigenous yeast in conical fermenters, with caps punched down by hand
• Lignified stems re-introduced after crush (to avoid carbonic maceration) about 20%
• Aged for two years in neutral, old barrels
