"The 2022 Tradition Sparkling Wine is a blend of 57% Pinot Noir and 43% Chardonnay, mainly from vineyards throughout Sonoma County. Base wines underwent malolactic conversion, and some were aged under flor yeast. No sulfur was used during elevage, and it spent 30 months en tirage. It has savory aromas of saline, roasted almonds, bread dough and lemon peel. The palate is dense and rich with savory flavors and a creamy mousse. It received no dosage, so its acidity is bright and focused, and it has a long finish."
