"The 2021 Sparkling Rose Hirsch Vineyard comes from Pinot Noir vines in Hirsch's Raschen Ridge Vineyard and was disgorged in December of 2025. It has a medium salmon-pink color and alluring scents of cantaloupe, citrus blossoms and saline. The palate is more open at this stage, offering concentrated layers of stone fruit, and its brioche-like autolysis is well integrated. Dry with a creamy texture, it's balanced by mouthwatering acidity and has a very long finish."
