"The 2021 Sparkling Rose Heintz Vineyard is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Disgorged in December of 2025, it has a medium salmon-pink color and scents of dried peach, garrigue, toast and iodine. The palate surprises with its density of fresh fruit and savory autolysis, and it offers a saltiness that is compelling. It's structured by bright acidity and creamy mousse and has a very long finish."
