Tasting Notes

M&H ‘Classic’ marks the flagship expression and first official commercial release of Milk & Honey’s single malt whiskies. Aged in ex-bourbon and the distillery’s proprietary “STR” casks (shaved, toasted, and re-charred Kosher, ex-red wine casks), this whisky displays all of the character of a much older single malt due to Tel Aviv’s unique climate. Experience gentle notes of vanilla sweetness and light oak, delicate honey and black pepper spice with no chill filtration or added color. Star-K Certified Kosher, 46% ABV.
